Schengen Visa<\/h4>\n

Schengen Area ( Schengen Group) is the area where 26 European countries have removed their internal borders, traveling freely, without restriction. The Schengen includes most of the EU countries, exception the England, Ireland and countries that are about to become a part of it; Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Cyprus. Although not a member of the EU, countries like Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Lichtenstein are also a part of Schengen.
\nTypes of Schengen Visa:
\nThere are 3 types Schengen Visa: A, C, D
\nA: This is transit visa. That is only valid for persons flying from a non – Schengen country to another country (also not in Schengen) but in transit at Schengen area. At that time you need to apply for a European transit visa.
\nD: This is visa for Work and Study
\nC: This is visa for tourist visa, includes:
\n– Single visa: Only have validity 1 times, and out of 1 times
\n– Double visa: Having the validity 2 times, and out of 2 times. Entry and exit conditions are still valid for a period of time (still valid)
\n– Multi visa: Get in and get out many times in block. But you need to note the following to avoid misunderstanding, see below specifically:
\nNote:
\n– Multi tourist visa (Type C)
\nVisa C must have the world \u201c Multi\u201d ( if you don\u2019t have the \u201cMULT\u201d, you are not the subject who can get in and get out many times).
\nThe expiry date is specified on the visa. The last day of departure must be before the expiration date.
\nDepending on the visa you are granted, the length of stay (the number of days in the Schengen are) will vary
\nIn short, you can enter and exit as many times as you like, but the total duration of your stay in the Schengen area is only 30 days.
\nAn additional problem, with the Multi C, the Europe only grants a maximum number of stay days of 90 days (in 180 days) of 6 months that means you are allowed to stay for a maximum of 90 days ( and 90 days of departure, like 1 day of entry and 1 day of departure, the total of 90 days of entry + 90 days of departure = 180 days).

\nWhere do we apply for a Schengen visa?
\nThe member country has the authority to process a visa application:
\n\uf0d8 The country is the only member of the trip
\n\uf0d8 If the trip passes through many member country, which country is the main destination, it is the place where the visa applicant will stay the longest and makes main purpose of the trip, will have the authority to process the application
\n\uf0d8 If the main destination cannot determined, the first member country the visa applicant will come in the Schengen area will be the country processing the application

\n1. Passport ( notarized photocopies of all passports of the family until now)
\n2. Photo 4×6 ( 2 photos for each applicant)
\n3. Identity card\/ Identification card (notarized photocopy)
\n4. Birth certificate (copy or notarized photocopy)
\n5. Confirmation of working
\nFor Business Owners
\n\uf0d8 Business license (notarized photocopy)
\n\uf0d8 Tax return for the last 3 months (original)
\nFor the staff
\n– Labor contract (notarized photocopy)
\n– Application for leave ( original)
\n– Confirmation of the salary for the last 3 months of the applicant (original)
\n1. Real estate documents (notarized photocopy)
\n2. Budget statement nearest 3 months (original)
\n3. Bank balance confirmation (original)
\n4. Saving book (notarized photocopy)
\nVisa processing period
\nThe application process will take a few weeks, depending on where you apply and possible situations such as the additional documents required, biometrics procedures\u2026
\nSchengen visa application fee
\n\uf0d8 The visa application fee is collected when submit application and will not be refunded, exception the application is not received or is not under the jurisdiction of the Embassy
\n\uf0d8 The current visa application fee is 60\u20ac, to be paid only in VND
\n\uf0d8 Children from 6 to 12 years old pay 35\u20ac
\nThe following cases is exempted visa fee
\n\uf0fc Business trip visa applicants carry diplomatic or official passports
\n\uf0fc Children under 6 years old
\n\uf0fc Pupils, students, graduate students and teachers accompanying students for the purpose of going to school or internships
\n\uf0fc Scientific researchers follow projects specified in article N\u00b0 2005\/761\/EC du of the European Parliament and Council on 28\/09\/2005
