Visa Application Process \/ Information You Need to Know When Applying for a Japan Visa<\/h4>\n

Visa application documents include:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Passport: Ensure a valid passport from 6 months or more.
\n– Visa application form: The Japanese tourist visa application package should be done carefully and fully with the basic documents including: visa application form, travel and stay schedule, employment confirmation (write in English) and certified leave of absence from the company you are working for.
\n– Photo: ID card size 4.5 x 4.5 was taken within the last 6 months and full name is written on back side.
\n– Profile proving financial ability.
\n– A savings book with your name is worth 100 million dong or more.
\n– Copy of labor contract.
\n– Your leave application certified by the company where you are working.
\n– Schedule of staying.<\/p>\n

Visa processing time:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

At the Embassy of Japan, you can receive the results of a Japanese tourist visa 8 days after the application date (there are cases that require more review time).
\nFor those who apply for a visa at the Consulate General of Japan, the time to receive the result will be earlier, ranging in about 5 days (or longer depending on the case).<\/p>\n

– You will not be returned to the submitted documents. If there are documents that need to be returned, notice must be given before applying.
\n– Faxed or postal applications will not be accepted.
