Visa Application Process \/ Information You Need to Know When Applying for a Netherlands Visa<\/h4>\n

Visa application documents include:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Visa declaration.
\n– Passport and passport copy.
\n– 2 photos size 2.5 \u00d7 4.5cm, just taken no more than 6 months, not to cover the bangs, not to be blurred.
\nDocuments proving financial:
\n+ If you are a normal employee, you need to prepare original bank statements, payroll for the last 3 months, labor contract.
\n+ If you are a business owner, you must submit a business registration license and report on tax payment.
\nFor retired people, need to provide a retirement book.
\n– Hotel booking confirmation
\n– Confirmation of round trip flight booking
\n– Confirmation of round trip flight booking
\n– Travel insurance contract<\/p>\n

Visa processing time:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The average time to issue and process a Schengen visa is 15 days. You should apply for a visa at VFS at least 3 to 4 weeks but no more than 6 months before your intended date of departure to the Netherlands.<\/p>\n

Note :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

– All official documents need to be authenticated by the competent authority within at least 3 months and fully translated into English.
\n– You need to apply for a visa at least 15 days before the expected date because visa processing time usually lasts about 2 weeks.
\n– For the first time applying for a visa, when going, absolutely should not stay more than the allowed number of days because it will make it difficult for the next visa application.
